On an increasingly-slippery slope. I ate everything in Vancouver this past weekend. I’m having a huge struggle right now which in one sense makes me panic, but in another is virtually inevitable with weight issues. At this point, I need to at least maintain rather than gain. New job starts Tuesday. I’m so excited and nervous and am using food to deal with and/or avoid the emotions. AGH. Any words of wisdom to get back on track would be appreciated.
